Jurisdiction 
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with Israeli laws without giving effect to the conflict of law principle thereof and the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve all disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement shall vest in the competent court in Tel Aviv , Israel.
